About Our Product Trial Service

Our free assistive technology trial service gives individuals and clinicians the opportunity to explore equipment before making longer-term decisions.

Trials are available across a broad range of assistive technology, including mobility, seating, communication and daily living equipment, helping ensure the right solution is selected for each person’s needs, goals and environment.

Trials can be conducted in-store, in the home and in community settings across South Australia, with support from our Business Development Managers and Product Specialists.

Clients and prescribing therapists have access to a wide range of assistive technology brands, equipment configurations and accessories, with expert guidance throughout the trial process.

For therapists, equipment trials support clinical decisionmaking by allowing comparison of different products, reducing the risk of unsuitable prescriptions and providing valuable information to support funding applications and equipment recommendations.
