Our prosthetics offering provides treatment for people with missing limbs or amputations. The NovitaTech qualified team of Prosthetists design, manufacture, repair, maintain and improve the fit and function of prostheses here in SA at our Thebarton location and also across the Novita regional Hub locations.
What is a Prosthetic?
A prosthetic limb is an artificial device custom-made to replace a missing body part. The device provides support for amputees in their day-to-day activities.
Types of Prosthetics we offer:
Limb prostheses include:
- arm prostheses fitted at, above or below the elbow
- leg prostheses fitted at, above or below the knee
Other types of prosthesis include:
- hip, hand, foot, finger, and toe prostheses
