The mattress pad is well made and arrived swiftly. It does feel cool to touch and was cooling for arms and legs. However over the course of a few hours it started to retain body heat from the torso, to the point that it became like a radiator. If I got up out of bed for a while and came back it was still radiating warmth. My daughter is also a hot sleeper with night sweats – she tried it and found the same thing.
I really wanted it to work, especially as it is quite an investment, but for us it just didn’t.
The mattress pad stays in place and the bed is cool when you get in or move around. Very happy with it
