When you separate the magnets it’s as if three rows of shoelaces have disappeared. You can now easily slip into your shoes and click the magnets together. Open the Zubits by standing on the back of the shoe and lifting your foot. Alternatively, just slip a finger behind one side of the Zubit – this is enough to open it. After the magnets split apart you have that wide open shoe again with no knots to untie later. Very handy item, I prefer no tie-up laces in my sneakers & got some new sneakers I love but wanted to get rid of the tie up option. These are a good alternative and there are helpful instructional videos on how to set them up. Customer service was very efficient when I enquired about sizing. So far they have been great to use, recommended 🙂

Beware of cheaper imitations that are Useless
Yes they do work, however, my dream was to put my shoes on by myself. I still need help to push the magnets together as my hands do not have much strength. The shoes, with the magnets attached, are easier to remove, that’s one plus !
