Description
The U-Stand is designed for positioning a device where there’s no wheelchair or table to mount it on, such as in bed, in a recliner or lounge chair, or beside a wheelchair. Its low, wide U-shaped base rolls under beds and around chairs. Both the height and the base width adjust. The 400/300mm tube set has slip protection on both tubes, and it finishes in a UDA 1B device adapter. All components except the base have tool-free clamping levers.
J-tube option: choose With J-tube for a curved top section. It reaches further over a bed, recliner or wheelchair so the device can sit directly in front of the user.
Fitting your device
Your AAC device, tablet or switch connects to the mount with a device plate that matches its mounting holes. Udaption device plates are available for Jabbla devices and most other AAC devices and tablets. Talk to us and we’ll confirm the right plate for your device. See also our Jabbla accessories.
