When your wheelchair or scooter breaks down, everything else stops. NovitaTech’s repairs and maintenance team has an on-road fleet of mobile workshops, so in many cases we can fix your equipment where you are, at home, school or work.
Bigger jobs go to our workshop at Croydon Park. All fabrication and repairs are done in-house by our own team.

A team of qualified trades
Our repairs team includes mechanics, licensed electricians, fitters and turners, and an automotive trimmer and upholsterer with more than 30 years’ experience. They work alongside our Mobility and Seating consultants, so repairs and adjustments are done properly.

Regular servicing
A regular service helps catch problems early and keeps your equipment safe to use. Ask us about an annual inspection and service for your wheelchair, power chair, scooter or other equipment.

Paying for repairs
Repairs and maintenance for assistive technology can often be funded through the NDIS, aged care (Support at Home) or other schemes, or paid privately. NovitaTech is an NDIS registered provider. See our funding options.

Do you come to me?
Yes. Our mobile workshops can do many repairs on site. If a job needs the workshop, we’ll arrange it.
What are your hours?
Our mobile repair service runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Ask about emergency callouts.
Can I get a replacement while mine is repaired?
Ask us about hiring equipment while your repair is under way.
