How a free trial works
- Request a trial. Book online for an in-store or in-community trial, call (08) 8424 6160 or email us.
- We confirm the details. Our team checks the equipment is available and contacts you if we need more information or another time.
- Try it out. Use the equipment in store, or where you’ll actually use it, at home, school or work. Our Product Specialists guide you through it.
- Compare options. Try different products, sizes and accessories to find what suits your needs, goals and environment.
- Decide with confidence. When you’re ready, we can prepare a quote and help with funding.

Our trial service supports clinical decision-making. Occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists and other prescribers can use trials to:
