How Our Price Beat Works
To be eligible for a price beat, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be identical in brand, model, specifications, and condition (new and unopened in original packaging).
- The product must be sold by an authorised Australian retailer or distributor.
- The item must be currently in stock or readily available for purchase.
- Price Comparison Requirements
- The advertised price must include all costs, including:
- Shipping or delivery fees
- Handling charges
- Additional mandatory fees
- If a competitor’s advertised price is pickup only, NovitaTech may apply a delivery fee where required.
- We assess the final total purchase price, not just the listed product price.
Retailer Eligibility
We may not be able to match pricing from:
- Auction websites
- Marketplace sellers
- Group buying or flash sale websites
- Daily deal sites
- Grey import sellers
- Wholesale-only distributors
- Clearance, liquidation, or end-of-line stock
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Membership-only pricing or exclusive trade discounts

Price beat requests are assessed at the time of enquiry.
Competitor pricing must be verifiable and publicly available.
NovitaTech reserves the right to decline a price beat request where pricing cannot be verified or where supply conditions differ.
