Its latex bands give an active lift to the front of the foot during the swing phase of walking, to help with toe clearance and reduce the risk of catching your toes on everyday obstacles. It sits low in the shoe, so it can be used every day.

Who it suits
The Dictus band is intended for flaccid foot drop with minimal ankle instability, and is commonly used after stroke, with peroneal weakness or with MS. An orthotist, physiotherapist or other treating clinician should assess whether a foot drop band is right for you.
Sizing
