Description
The Mobile M UDA sits between the heavy-duty Mobile L and the lightweight Mobile S. A 22mm tube socket and swivel unit give it a solid base on the wheelchair. The upper section steps down to 16mm tubes and joints, so it’s lighter and easier to position close to the user. It holds tablets and compact AAC devices up to 1.8kg.

Mounting side: select left or right when you order. This is the side of the wheelchair the mount will be fitted to, viewed from the seated user.
UDA or PIN?
- UDA: Udaption’s universal device adapter. A plate on your device slides into the UDA, so the device can be taken off and refitted easily. Best for AAC devices and tablets.
- PIN: a simple 10mm pin connection, used for lighter items such as switch holders and accessories.
Fitting your device
Your AAC device, tablet or switch connects to the mount with a device plate that matches its mounting holes. Udaption device plates are available for Jabbla devices and most other AAC devices and tablets. Talk to us and we’ll confirm the right plate for your device. See also our Jabbla accessories.
You’ll also need a frame clamp
Udaption wheelchair mounts attach to the wheelchair with a separate frame clamp, sold separately. Add the one that suits the part of the frame where the mount will sit:
- Closed round tube frame clamp (Ø19–45mm): the standard choice for round frame tubes. Measure the tube diameter.
- Open round tube frame clamp (Ø20–32mm): for tubes with no gap next to another part
- Square tube frame clamp: for square frames up to 70mm
- T-track frame clamp: for accessory rails on power chairs and seating systems
- UNI bolt-on frame clamp: for hole patterns, threads and flat surfaces, including Permobil
- Brand-specific frame clamp: for Sunrise Medical, R82, Leggero, Rifton Pacer, Ottobock and Madita Fun
