Description
The Flexi Cup by ARK Therapeutic has a cut-out on one side, so you can drink without tipping your head or neck back. The soft rim encourages lip closure, and the open cut-out lets you or your helper see how much liquid is flowing.
How it works
Use the Flexi Cup with the cut-out side away from the mouth. When you tip the cup, your nose fits into the cut-out instead of your head tilting back. You can also gently squeeze the cup to change the shape of the rim.
Many people start using the Flexi Cup with help to get lip and tongue position right, then reduce assistance as skills improve until they can drink from an open cup independently. It can also help babies who refuse bottle teats and straws.
